Our last DPLA harvest for 2021 is in the books, and we’ve added 1,500 items from 4 existing contributors and 1 new for a total of 285,156 items in DPLA from Ohio-based libraries and archives.
The Cleveland Museum of Art Archives and MidPointe Library System stretched their collections slightly, while Kent State University and Marietta College reached the year’s finish line with a little bit more.

ODN’s newest contributor for the year is Bexley Public Library. Bexley’s collection of almost 1,000 items ranges from early 20th century photographs and yearbook up through documentation of the summer of 2020, including what is known as the George Floyd protests and support for then-Ohio Director of Health Amy Acton’s work to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in Ohio.
